  • Introduction

  • Australia's social enterprise strategy focuses on five areas where social enterprise can drive the greatest impact. Many social enterprises work across more than one. 

    By taking a challenge-led approach, we are exploring how people and organisations can work together to create greater impact than they could alone. These groups ask what becomes possible when we can see the different ways people are working towards the same challenge and learn from one another.

    These groups are one of the coordinated ways Social Enterprise Australia is supporting the ecosystem to plan, act and learn together.

    Following the first gathering in early 2026 we’re aiming to convene again in the second half of 2026. The plan is for a 2-hour meeting with a maximum of 30 people.

    We welcome expressions of interest from Social Enterprise Australia members and others working towards an economy that puts people and planet first.
