• Help shape employment services reform

  • Introduction

  • Big reforms to Australia's employment services system have been announced. And social enterprises were named as part of what's needed.

    As they should be.

Jobs-focused social enterprises have a distinct role to play. They create jobs and pathways to employment for those most shut out of work. They combine real work settings with wrap-around support. In communities with too few jobs, they create new ones.

This form is to register to be part of a shared sector response coordinated by Social Enterprise Australia to:

    • Build understanding of what jobs-focused social enterprises are and do
    • Develop an evidence-based case for reform that supports their distinct contribution and what makes them work
    • Work alongside others beyond the sector on reforms to grow access and decent work

We'll be in touch about next steps with all who complete this form.
